This software and associated documentation files (the "Software") are provided under a commercial license. By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to the terms below.

License tiers

The Software is licensed under one of two tiers, identified at the time of purchase:

  • Personal — grants a single named developer the right to use the Software in unlimited projects.
  • Team — grants up to ten named developers within a single company the right to use the Software in unlimited projects.

Larger teams require an Enterprise license. Contact info@coreola.com.

Permitted use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for the following purposes:

  • Building personal or commercial applications
  • Using the Software in internal tools and back-office systems
  • Modifying the source code for your own projects
  • Using the Software in projects delivered to clients

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell the Software as a competing product, template, framework, starter kit, UI kit, or boilerplate
  • Redistribute the Software, in whole or in substantial part, as a standalone deliverable
  • Publish the Software publicly, including in any public source-control repository (GitHub, GitLab, npm, etc.)
  • Sell, sublicense, lease, or rent the Software itself
  • Share the Software's source with developers outside the named license tier

The Software may only be distributed as part of a larger application whose primary value is not the Software itself.

Updates

Your purchase includes twelve (12) months of updates from the date of purchase, covering both bug fixes and new minor versions.

After twelve months you retain the right to use the Software indefinitely at the version current at the time of expiration. Continued access to new updates after that period requires a renewal or upgrade purchase. Major version upgrades are offered to existing license holders at a discounted rate.

Support

Your purchase includes email support for installation and setup questions, provided on a best-effort basis at info@coreola.com. No specific response-time SLA is guaranteed.

Support does not cover custom development, application-specific debugging, or integration work outside the Software's documented scope.

Refunds

All sales are final. The live demo is provided so that buyers can fully evaluate the Software before purchase. Refunds are not offered for buyer's remorse or change of plan.

In the rare event the Software cannot be installed at all due to a defect on our side, contact info@coreola.com within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain the property of Coreola.

No warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The authors shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this Software.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of the terms described above. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

Governing law

This license is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Coreola is established. Purchases are processed through Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and handles tax compliance and consumer-protection obligations in the buyer's jurisdiction.
